So, I know I am not alone when I say, that I LOVE free stuff! So when companies that I love or want to try before buying offer to send me samples of their product, I definitely don’t pass up the opportunity! I have gotten quite a few samples in the mail recently, (almost everyday for the past week) so I thought I would share my “haul” so to speak with you all. Granted its not a lot, but it is something I’m excited about so hopefully you will be to!
With that being said, I am definitely not a greedy person, and if any of you reading out there are interested, I will hook you up with some links to get some free stuff on your own! You would seriously be surprised what kind of companies give stuff away!
Anyways I’ll get started now~
My Samples from Kate Spade, Dark and Lovely, Eucerin, and U by Kotex
First I received a lovely little sample from Kate Spade of their new fragrance Live Color Fully, it smells absolutely amazing, and for a sample I was surprised it was pretty strong! I would definitely recommend trying it, however the company is not giving samples of this particular fragrance but they are constantly opening up new opportunities to try their product
The next sample (and I have to my favorite) came from Dark and Lovely: Au Naturale. Dark and Lovely is already one of my favorite brands to use, their products are generally for “ethnic” hair which can mean that they are heavier and more oily, and generally to much for my hair to handle, being that it isn’t completely ethnic so to speak. Anyways I got a little sample of their Coil Moisturizing Souffle which retails for $9.99. I haven’t actually tried it out yet, (I’ve been wearing my hair straight lately). I am super excited to try it though! Included in the sample packaging I received $4.00 worth of of coupons for
Dark and Lovely products. I know you might be saying, coupons? big deal! Seriously though, don’t underestimate the power of a coupon when you are on the budget of a college student!
I just recently got the next sample in (like yesterday, recently) from Eucerin, their lotion is one of the best on the market when it comes to moisturizing. I received two samples from them, both are daily moisturizing face lotions with SPF 30 and 15. Sidebar…SPF is so important you guys! Seriously even if you are like me and don’t burn, so much damage can be done to your skin. SPF face moisturizer is so important!
Finally I got a cute little package that I wasn’t expecting from U by Kotex. I’ll spare you all the details, but they sent me a weeks worth of supplies, which I thought was pretty cool.
Anyways that’s my little haul for now, like I said if anyone is interested in receiving some samples I’ll do a post on all the places to find them. 🙂
